    This agreement is between Nadine's K9 Companion<\/strong> and the client. By completing and submitting this form, the client agrees to all terms listed below.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Section 1<\/div>\n

    Agreement Overview<\/h4>\n

    This agreement is between Nadine's K9 Companion and the client. By signing, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this document.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Section 2<\/div>\n

    Services<\/h4>\n

    Services covered under this agreement include: dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight pet sitting, and any other agreed-upon pet care services discussed during onboarding.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Section 3<\/div>\n

    Payment Terms<\/h4>\n

    Payment is due in advance of all services. No payment means no service will be rendered. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is resolved.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Section 4<\/div>\n

    Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n

    A minimum of 24-hour notice<\/strong> is required for cancellation of walks and drop-in visits. 72-hour notice<\/strong> is required for overnight pet sitting. Late cancellations may be charged at the full service rate.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Section 5<\/div>\n

    Pet Safety<\/h4>\n

    The client must disclose all known behavioral issues, medical conditions, and relevant history prior to the start of services. Pets deemed unsafe to handle may result in immediate termination of the service agreement.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Section 6<\/div>\n

    Emergency Care<\/h4>\n

    In the event of a medical emergency, the provider may seek veterinary care at their discretion to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the pet. All veterinary costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the client.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Section 7<\/div>\n

    Liability<\/h4>\n

    Nadine's K9 Companion is not liable for any injuries, illness, loss, or damages related to pet behavior, pre-existing conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n
